Regardless of small series or large orders, customer-specific production is performed in four work steps. 

Warping

With our warping machines for universal use, we can process a wide variety of yarns. The cotton warping machine was adapted in-house to our needs and further advanced by our technicians. We can process single threads from over 400 cones into warp beams. 

Weaving

The weaving mill is at the core of textile production. We have more than 100 looms available for textile elastic bandages, bandages with rubber threads and for rigid technical bandages. Setting up the looms is done by hand and requires considerable expertise. 

Finishing

This is where textiles become valuable medical products. In compliance with the highest hygiene standards, the semi-finished products are shrunk under steam or washed and then heat-dried to achieve the desired elasticity. 

We coat cohesive bandages with natural latex or a latex-free adhesive. We manufacture the adhesive bandages in three adhesive strengths using the hotmelt process. 

Packaging

In the packaging department, the dressing materials are given the finishing touches. Whether cellophaning, our own manufactured bandage clips, imprints on bandages, special labelling requirements or shrink wrapping according to sales units: we offer tailor-made solutions. A manual final inspection and quality check is conducted once again during packaging.
